- Payment posting and reconciliation
- Revenue cycle reporting and analytics
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
Client Responsibilities
As a client of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate security measures to protect your systems and data
- Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect our services
- Pay all fees and charges associated with our services in a timely manner
- Enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if you are a covered entity under HIPAA and we will be handling Protected Health Information (PHI)
Fees and Payment
Our fees for services are outlined in the service agreement provided to each client. Payment terms, including due dates and acceptable payment methods, are also specified in the service agreement.
We reserve the right to change our fees and payment terms at any time, with notice provided to clients before such changes take effect.
Confidentiality and Data Security
We understand the sensitive nature of healthcare information and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all client information, including Protected Health Information (PHI).

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of US-AID MEDICAL BILLING SERVICE or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
